Stanberry Vacation Packages

Lobby was clean, free from clutter. Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were genuinely clean, complete with vacuum vacuuming. The perfect hotel for anybody over 6 feet tall. I did not have to take a shower on my knees. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the parking lot in the rear, where all the trucks park, needs to be repaved. Outside of that, it was an excellent hotel.

My room room 416. The air condition was broke. It made a very loud noise when you turned it on it was competing with the volume of the TV. An unbearable sound no sleep all through the night. The phone in the room didn’t work. You could not contact maintenance are the downstairs staff concerning I was not happy with the Stay in room 416. I tried to reach out to management. I only got a recording.

The Hotel Silver Heart Inn was an amazing place to stay....beautifully maintained 170 year old home decorated with wonderful antiques. Breakfast was served in the morning including fresh fruit, german apple pancake and sausage! We loved the touches including bathrobes, and Gentle Bee shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The Gentle Bee was so amazing I ordered shampoo and conditioner when I got home! We would 100% stay at Silver Heart Inn again!!

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The property seems to be rather older and outdated than modern hotels. The room wasn't cleaned well when we checked in. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping vacuum the next day, and they didn't. There were clumps of hair throughout the bathroom and room. I wouldn't stay here again due to having other options in the area.
