Showed up late night for a 1 night stay. The first room had small German roaches (which im told can create an infestation if they get in your bags). I brought it up to the front desk and they relocated us to a different room. Unfortunately this one had a mildew smell as well as larger roaches. I attempted to get a refund and was told it was not possible. Left the room 1 hour after checking in and stayed in the Hampton Inn instead. Would not recommend this hotel unless you enjoy losing $96 a night.
