This property is connecting to another with shared entrance. There is very poor sound insulation and you can hear every word and movement of other tenants. Also the owner had great communication but we could not figure out the tv and remotes were extremely hard to work. I own a vacation rental and would recommend instructions in the property. Dec 31, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great place with a central location for touring around St Louis. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was a good location for us, and there were many good restaurants nearby. Most had takeout. One suggestion, it would be great to light the entry to the building, as it is hard to see the numbers in the keypad in the dark. Beds were very comfortable! ##### Meredith S. Close to a ton of places to eat or shop. Clean location, and has everything it says it has. The bedding is good and so are the beds. never had a problem finding parking on the street. ##### Erin J.
