ABOUT THE SPACE
This incredible 1,800-square-foot 2-story townhome is located in the trendy Central West End neighborhood. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Forest Park. The location provides easy access to Highway 64/40 and Highway 44.
The living room is inviting with its butter-soft leather furnishings, perfect for cozying up after a long day exploring the city. Stream your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV while the decorative elements lend a classic ambiance.

Enjoy meals in the open-concept dining room, which can accommodate up to six guests. The family chef will love this fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher block counters. Plus, a coffee pot/Keurig combo with complimentary coffee pods is included for your convenience! A half bath off the kitchen adds practicality to this home.
The recently renovated second floor offers 3 homey bedrooms. The master suite is the first bedroom at the top of the stairs. This bedroom boasts a king-size memory foam mattress, a dedicated workspace, and a full ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size memory foam mattress, clothing storage, and smart TVs.

This home is within walking distance of all of Central West End's shops, restaurants, and nightlife. And that's not to mention the close proximity of Forest Park, the largest city park in the country! Take a half-block stroll and find Up Down, the newest arcade bar to hit the St. Louis area. 2 blocks away is the Sub Zero Vodka Bar, the largest vodka bar in the country! Don't forget to try Jeni's Splendid. It's some of the best ice cream in the area and is within walking distance of your vacation home.

THE LOCATION
Whether you are in town for family or friends, the St. Louis area has plenty to keep you busy. This St. Louis home is in a prime location just minutes from all the best attractions!
If you're traveling with kids, be sure to check out The City Museum. It's not quite what you would expect from a “museum” per se, but it has been voted a must-see destination in St. Louis.
Let's not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be a 15-minute drive to the St. Louis Arch and downtown.

Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues, are both within a 15-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans!
Maybe you're looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food. Lastly, Forest Park has a little bit of everything for the outdoorsy person! Dine at the boathouse, rent paddleboards, get a tee time at The Forest Park Golf Course, and see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo! This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it's larger than Central Park in NYC), so there is plenty to explore.

In walking distance, we recommend Up Down, a brand new arcade bar, or head over to El Burro Loco for fajitas and margaritas! Afterward, don't forget to stop by Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream for dessert before settling into your vacation home.

PET FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

The rental was clean but not well stocked. There was no coffee, no coffee filters, very few drinking glasses, no dishcloths, no bowls for microwave, one small mixing bowl and no serving bowls. When I entered my preferences of VRBO, I stated an entire house, it turned out to be dual family. The description said the bedrooms were on the second story, actually they were on the third story. It failed to mention that you had to go up an entire set of stairs to even get to the living quarters and the bedrooms were the story above that. The outside of the property was unkept. Scrubs were overgrown onto the walkway and steps. The entry door to the foyer had to be heavily forced to push open. Our group has rented several places over the course of 13 years, and this was nowhere near the top of our experiences. Like I said, it was clean and also the furniture was comfortable but that said those were the only positives.

High School Reunion

Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked, no issues. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants. Only thing I didn't like was the guest ranger app that you need to do before you arrive. But the hosts were great and helped me with that. Plus, would be fun to have a little table and chairs in the front for hanging out.

We love the CWE and this charming well appointed perfectly situated property. A short walk to all the Euclid, Lindell restaurants. A quick Uber ride to see the Cards. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property & management

The townhome was gorgeous and comfortable! The location was perfect! It was great to arrive the night of snow and ice to shoveled and salted walk way. The management company was responsive to my seemingly endless questions. Will definitely book with them again!

Great location

Apartment is in an amazing location. Property needs some work (gaps in floor, scuffs etc). This property is connecting to another with shared entrance. There is very poor sound insulation and you can hear every word and movement of other tenants. Also the owner had great communication but we could not figure out the tv and remotes were extremely hard to work. I own a vacation rental and would recommend instructions in the property. But that all being said location and b neighborhood is ideal!

Visiting St. Louis

We visited for the weekend and absolutely loved the location. The property was perfect for our son and loved walking up and down the neighborhood. It was a 10 minute easy drive from the zoo. I will stay here again if we come back.

Lovely location

Very nice property. Greeted with snack and lots of k-cups to make kids and parents happy. Comfy beds, loved having a washer and dryer. Had an issue with the cable and internet a few times but they responded quickly and even on a holiday. Would highly suggest staying in the Central Wesf End area. You won’t be disappointed

Great location, and a friendly neighborhood. Close to a ton of places to eat or shop. Clean location, and has everything it says it has. The bedding is good and so are the beds. never had a problem finding parking on the street.

Wash U Graduation Long Weekend

My family of four stayed here for three nights for my daughter’s graduation from Wash U. This property is extremely clean, very well stocked with all the amenities, nicely decorated and had a fantastic location. We loved walking to the nearby restaurants in Central West End. The area is very safe and I was comfortable taking long walks on my own. We were also very impressed by how quickly the property managers responded with all questions we had during the stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are St. Louis again.

Family Trip

Wanted a safe stay for my family that was close enough to the zoo & union station for easy travel. This place was more than perfect for that! Even had a cute little wine bar across the road for mom & dad 😉 highly recommend!

Nice house, but inaccurate listing

The house was clean and overall looked like the pictures. The main issue we had was the listing said it had 2 1/2 bathrooms and when we arrived there was only 1 1/2. There was a doorway boarded up so I'm assuming that was the second full bathroom. I immediately contacted the rental company and they were understanding but unable to fix the problem or move us to another location. We wouldnt have booked this home knowing that it was short a bathroom as we had 2 couples and eqch desired our own bathroom space. Area was nice. Parking was challenging at times, there are a lot of stairs, and you can easily hear the neighbors.

We met friends for a weekend visit and enjoyed the townhouse. We made food in the apartment and visited Cocina Latina and Up Down bar- which were both in walking distance. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed some walking around. Recommend🙂

Good experience

This was a nice place to stay in St. Louis, and my family of 5 was comfortable. A short walk to a few shops and places to eat. Street parking wasn't always convenient, but it wasn't terrible. We had one minor need while we were staying and the property manager responded and resolved it quickly. The air handling is loud in this apartment, both upstairs and downstairs - woke us up several times during the night as it cycles on/off. Two very minor suggestions for added convenience: luggage racks in the bedrooms would be helpful and a small table in the master bathroom for your toiletries since there are no counters. Also be aware that you walk up a full flight of stairs to this apartment, and then the bedrooms are on the third floor. Ok for us, but if you have trouble with stairs you might want to be aware of this.

Great house with easy street parking in a really great area!

House is in a great location. Street parking was not an issue at all and we always found a spot close to the house easily. Everything in the house worked great. We cooked a few morning meals and the house had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works well! My family had no issues getting up and down all the stairs, but there are a lot of stairs! Check in was simple and the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Checkout was also very easy. We really enjoyed our stay. This house was a great “home base” for our family vacation to STL!
