Bedroom #1 offers a Queen, plus two Twin-size beds. Bedroom #2 comes with a Full-size bed, closet, and dresser. Bedroom #3, tucked in the back, offers a Queen size bed with an attached private sunroom transformed into a roomy office with a desk, rolling chair, and a printer. Each bedroom offers a walk-in closet with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself home!   
  
The full-size bathroom on the 2nd-floor hallway has a beautiful, enclosed floor-to-ceiling tile tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Fresh, clean towels and toiletries are included for the guests.

Dogtown is known for its quaint, traditionally Irish community of St. Louis surrounding the Clayton and Tamm Avenues intersection. Dogtown is a beautiful, safe neighborhood home to a large St. Patrick\`s Day Parade held every year, rain or shine, on March 17\. Anchored by St. James the Greater Catholic Church, Dogtown is just south of Forest Park, with its southeastern edge abutting the traditionally Italian area of town, The Hill neighborhood. You\`ll be within walking distance of many restaurants, bakeries, pubs, local shops, and the St. Louis Zoo!   
  
Just three minutes from highways 40/64 and 44, means you\`ll also be minutes from Downtown (The Gateway Arch, City Museum, Aquarium), Clayton, The Loop, South Grand, and Maplewood businesses, restaurants, and entertainment. You\`re even closer to Universities (Wash U, SLU, Webster) or major hospitals (Barnes, St. Louis University, St. Mary\`s).  
  
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.  
  
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You\`ll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you\`d like!

The place was a great setup, with lots of beds upstairs, a nice sitting area on the main floor, and another sitting area with a video game (that the kids loved!) and a dartboard in the basement. Tommy, the host, communicated very well and was accommodating with some rescheduling we wound up having to do. Location is close to Forest Park and a couple of free museums there, 10-15 minute drive to the Arch.Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this property and we plan to rebook in the future. The location cannot be beat with restaurants, bars, and Forest Park within walking distance. The property is well kept with plenty of parking to the back of the house. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for allowing us to stayed at your Bungalow. It is pretty. Once the cons get resolved, the Bungalow will be perfect. ProsNice older home. Near airport. Parking excellent. Tommy's response to messages in a timely manner. He allowed us to check in earlier without extra cost, that's a plus. Hot water. Fridge and stove clean. Toilets were clean. Bathrooms had toilet paper. The kitchen had extra trash bags, dish soap and paper towels. Fully stocked with pots, plates, glass cups, salt, pepper, oil, Brita water pitcher. TV's work great. Alexa.ConsI think the property has a big turn around because it needs a little love (maintenance). The screws on the beds and stools are loose. There is no place to hang hand towels. Therefore, there were none inside the bathroom. The fans, window seals, under the beds, closets need some dusting. Bathtub could use some love. The electric couches don't work. No dish scrubbers. Towels are old. Overall experience OK. We didn't have time to fix the beds. I had no idea we weren't able to recline one of the sofas. Full set of bedsheets would have been nice. As well as full soap dispensers.

Overall, the host was responsive and the location was amazing, but the accommodations were just okay. Many spaces in the house were awkward (tiny upstairs bathroom- only children had space to sit facing forward on the toilet)- the beds were uncomfortable, and we had to be creative with kitchen tools available to make basic meals. We were there during a heat wave, so hopefully others wouldn't have to deal with this, but the upstairs stayed warm, even with areas strategically shut off and blinds closed, etc. It worked for what we needed, and we enjoyed walking down the street to local restaurants and seeing the neighborhood.

This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate (but the bathrooms were modern and clean so not a fault of the owner but a feature of an older home with character). We’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the home with our family. The home was clean and had a nice kitchen which we cooked most of our meals in. Tommy (host) was very timely and responsive to any questions we had regarding the property. It was close to the zoo (about 5 min) and downtown St. Louis (about 15 min).

We came to St Louis for our family vacation. We went to the zoo, science museum, Fitz’s root beer, Lumeier sculpture park, Union Station mini golf, Soldier Memorial museum, a Cardinal’s game, riverboat tour and of course the arch. Everything was about 5-10 minutes away. Walmart and Sam’s club was also super close and lots of great restaurants. The location of this house was perfect. The neighbors were friendly and the street was quiet overall.

Nice little house for my family to stay in while we visited with family in St. Louis. House seemed to be in a quiet neighborhood and fairly close to touristy things thay we wanted to do. The house was spacious enough to accommodate the family and more. Would highly recommend staying here. Will try and book this place again!
