This walkable property is located next to Cherokee Antique Row which is home to specialty shops, boutiques, cafes, and art galleries. Directly across the street from the property is a locally owned gastropub, Station No. 3 and within walking distance are multiple St. Louis iconic eateries, breweries and pubs including: Gus' Pretzel Shop The Mudhouse Coffee and Kitchen Frasier's Restaurant and Lounge Venice Cafe Bluewood Brewing The Saturn Lounge Anheuser-Busch Brewery Neighborhood: The Benton Park Neighborhood is named after St. Louis' second-oldest park. From its beginnings as early as 1836 to today, this neighborhood has maintained a prominent place in the city's heritage. With Benton Park's age and architecture, it earned the distinction as the largest historic district in St. Louis in 1985 when the Landmarks completed a voluminous nomination into the National Register. Benton Park is an urban vibrant walkable neighborhood with lots of unique shops and restaurants. Our code didn't work on check in but host sent us a new one (that worked) within minutes.Some quirks that come with an old house and building, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. We wanted to drop off our things before heading out for the day. Our host was gracious enough to let us check in early and do just that.
