"Great place"

"We loved the house! Kids took bike rides daily with the bikes that were provided and loved the pool. With only a few steps to the beach it made it easy for everyone in our party of 14 to be able to enjoy the beach throughout the day without having to pack everything up each time. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. There were a few hiccups at the house while we were there, no fault of the owners, with a few of the electronics and lightening prior to us arriving. The owner responded quickly and efficiently and sent help. We have already talked about next years trip back to SGI and the house. "

"Getting into the property was easy. House was clean and set up nicely. Refrigerator needs replacing. We had problems with the freezer door on arrival but the host quickly told us about a known issue and we were able to remedy that. Our host Cape and Coast was very responsive on several occasions which we appreciate so much. Not enough hot water for 11 people to shower after the beach. All in all we had a great week. The grandkids and adults enjoyed the pool after coming in from the beach. "

"I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. The location is great -- right on the beach, which is a quick walk away. We received great check-in information and it went off without a hitch. The kitchen facilities were great -- everything we needed was there except for the food. There was a wine/beverage frig in the same area and a mini frig on the top floor in the separate living area. "
