"This property was exceptional!! It provided everything and more than needed for our 7 adults & 4 children. The beach was steps away & we enjoyed observing many pods of dolphin daily!! The bikes allowed us to explore unlimited bike paths & we even enjoyed some pickleball with very friendly locals. The owners were very helpful with recommendations prior to our trip. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!!!! "

"This house was such a treat! First impressions: stunning property, stunning interiors, stunning views from the deck and dock! As we settled in, I was particularly impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen is. All of the outdoor gear was well organized and much appreciated. The weather was too windy to use the kayaks, but I really wanted to! We would definitely book this house again if we return to SGI. "

"My biggest complaint was the initial communication and cleanliness. Communication is that this property is managed by a real estate company who list it on VRBO but doesn't use VRBO for any of its initial communication. They sent an email with the details that sadly went into my spam folder. It was sorted after we got there but would be nice to get a follow up VRBO message or a reach out the day before telling to look for this. I dislike the third-party listing as it seems misrepresented with VRBO's policy. The second issue was when we arrived the place didn't seem like it had been clean sufficiently. There was a note from a prior guest thanking the owners and the place seemed like it needed a good thorough cleaning. Curtains were stained, the toilet had some hair leftover in it, and the floor/bathrooms where suspiciously mold looking. Our checkin and the cleanliness was what tanked the review. The place was amazing and was overall pleased with the surrounding area. "

"Great location, plenty of room, and very pet friendly. The fenced in backyard made bringing the puppies easy. Very enjoyable vacation."

"The property is ideally located; just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is very clean and well furnished. The pool was heated to perfection. We had a few minor snags and the property manager was excellent. They took care of any issues in a prompt and friendly manner. We will definitely stay with them again! "
