"Ashley at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean, but no hot water. Parking is great. Location is wonderful close to shopping, grocery store, liquor store, BJ's Pizza. Short walk to the beach. Second floor balcony that you can access from your room was great. Despite the water issue, I would stay here again. The beach is great, dog friendly too."

"The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We did not use the pool, but did use the hot tub every night. We grilled supper a few times on the charcol grill. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs.A quick walk daily to the beach was awesome! The property was very clean and comfortable. We used the washer and dryer, glad to have it! Saw dolphins feeding just off our doc, marvelous sun sets, beautiful views ... a really nice place to stay. We want to come back next year."

"Hosts were available for questions. Cottage was in a great location-a few blocks to downtown area and beach. Fenced in area for pets was a plus. Basement bedroom area-very small, smelled mildewy, door cannot be fully opened. Basement bathroom lacks adequate storage, no shelves for toiletries. Needs a good, thorough cleaning in basement and throughout cottage.Dishwasher does not clean dishes well-food residue left on plates, glasses, silverware. Clothes dryer seems very hot on various settings."

"Rental was very dirty from hair in the bed to moldy spatchula and unwashed pot holder. Grill wouldn’t light. Clothing left under bed from previous guests. Mgt was quick to respond and offered to having cleaning crew come. Was there for 1 night and didn’t want to leave to have it cleaned as it would have taken hours to get it in good shape. Didn’t ask but wasn’t offered to refund cleaning fee which obviously wasn’t cleaned between guests"
