« It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel. I eventually arrived and was dropped off in a dingy back alley, picked my way past the street dogs, and managed to check in. Shown...

« First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find,...

« Il aura fallu que j'attendes mes 40 ans et des centaines d'hôtels dans ma vie pour voir ça. Mesdames et messieurs, voici la seul hitel au monde , batie en tour de 30 etages qui vous offre ..... une chambre sans fenêtre ni aeration. Quand au service.... nattendez rien d'eux, ils sont 15 serveuds pour 10 clients et ils oublient votre commande ( 3 fois en 3 jours ) des champions du monde ! Quand au quartier de l'hotel.... je ne peux que vous laisser des photos car difficilement explicable, si cz...
