People are fantastic and never have a problem. Second trip and this is by far the best place in Sihanoukville if you must go. Beach is nice. The roads are terrible, no pavements and with all the construction work the dust if you go outside the hotel is dreadful. This is not the hotels fault but it makes it a disappointing place to stay. The lights are so dim you can hardly see anything. Over grown palm trees block any views from the room (we booked ocean view rooms). The WiFi speed in our room was so slow (less than 0.5 MBps) that it was unusable. The worst part was they made us wait at checkout when they went to check our room to see if we took anything from the mini bar. They wouldn’t believe us when we told them we didn’t take a cup of instant noodle and two bottles of water. They made us wait while they resent a staff to recheck it again. What a horrible customer relationship. After we spent nearly $2000 usd for 3 rooms somehow they thought we would cheat on not paying for a cup of instant noodle. We certainly didn’t travel half around the world to steal and eat a cup of noodle.
