Springville : location guest houses et maisons d'hôte

« The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke. »

« Chambre avec un grand lit, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes dans la chambre. Cafetière. Douchette dans la douche, lavabo et WC. Chambre excessivement mal isolée : on entend les voisins et la route. Le petit déjeuner est inexistant ! Quelques gâteaux (durs) et quelques céréales. Pas de lait ni de yaourt… bof ! Je ne comprends pas la bonne note attribuée à ce motel… »

« The property is filling in the pool with cement or some kind of drit or sand. It is an out door pool that isn't going to be used with the why it looked to use cause it looked like they was filling it with something. »

« Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night. »

« Accueil parfait, check-in rapide, hall avenant, suite propre et en parfait état. Chambre calme et d'une grande propreté. Petit-déjeuner plutôt au-dessus de la moyenne pour ce niveau de gamme. De plus, l'hotel dispose d'un vrai bar le soir. Très bon rapport qualité-prix et situé tout proche de Land between Lakes. Je recommande sans hésiter. »
