The staff were great. They were very kind and very friendly. It's the condition of the room itself that's the problem. There are stains on the furniture. The door to the room doesn't actually close properly. And you can clearly see daylight through the gap between the door frame and the door itself. The bathroom door was covered in some sort of grime. For the price this place charges, it really is not worth staying. The staff was friendly at check in but as soon as we walked in the room the whole thing was dirty, the floors had dirt and debris everywhere and the mirror above the sink had splatter marks everywhere on it and the microwave was filthy and the tub was dirty and stained really bad and the sheets were stained and very wrinkled and had crumbs on them and as soon as we turned on the heat the smoke alarm went off and I went to the office and told the staff and right away she had an attitude and told me that I needed to open the door and window because it’s like all heaters that when you first turn them on they smoke so you have to open the door and window, she came in the room and opened the window and there was no screen in it.
