I booked this room several months in advance for an event at Loretta Lynn's. When I booked this I requested and checked to be sure but I booked a nonsmoking room. We used to smoke and dont anymore so I would prefer a nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very apologetic because we didnt get our nonsmoking room. They put us in a smoking room and it wreaked of old stale smoke and dog pee. You could see the stains in carpet from where a dog had peed. Thankfully we were only there to sleep but it took me forever before I finally became "nose blind" to the odors. This was very upsetting to us because there were no other options for us as there were so many in the area for the same event. I probably will not stay here again.
