### Angler Cottage at KY Lake

Welcome to Angler Cottage, 1 of 3 brand new tiny homes nestled in the beautiful Ky Lake area. Connect with nature while also enjoying all the modern comforts!  
Bring your boat and rods for the numerous nearby boat ramps, marinas, and prime fishing spots. (Electrical and Water hook ups outside)  
Staying in? Enjoy the relaxing Fire pit and Adirondack chairs while grilling up something good to eat!  
Whether its fishing, ATV riding, boating, hiking or simply relaxing in nature this is the spot for you!  
The space  
This Cottage includes one queen bedroom, a loft with queen bed, bunk beds in the hall as well as a futon sleeper in the living room!! Plenty room for all! In house laundry, fully stocked kitchen, and nice bathroom makes your stay a little easier. Please remember that this cozy tiny home loft is accessible via stairs and doesn’t allow standing room.  
  
Private drive with boat parking.. remember to bring charcoal for the grill! There is firewood for sale nearby as well.

Home is accessible with keyless entry for your convenience.  
Other things to note  
This particular cottage has a No Pet Policy due home remaining allergy free. While we are passionate about animals we kindly ask you not to bring them to this home. We do offer another cottage (Whitetail Cottage) that is pet friendly! Any breach of this no pet policy will result in a $500 special cleaning fee.

Everyone from the host to the cleaning group to the locals at the diner down the road are courteous and inviting. We stayed for a high school fishing trip, and are talking about going back just for a getaway. You will not be disappointed if you book any of the three cottages they all look wonderful. The area around them is quite and cordial and beautiful!

We had to get directions from the little store. Her directions took us right to it. It was just like the pic. Very cute and very clean. We had a very good night. Ive never seen as many golf carts in my life n Ive been around a long time. It was rather comical. Our neighbors were friendly. Overall it was very nice. Stocked with everything you need. Id do it again.
