Very basic accommodations which is fine for a work trip. Family came and used the Flamingo pool (family) as the Linq was adult only. Room had only 4 pillows, 2 each bed, no large throw for those cold. Shower pole and cloth to cover closet. Room cleaned one of 3 nights. Toilet paper roll half used when arrived. It was clean, just know this is very basic but great food throughout. No complaints but completely different from other strip hotels.

Pleas don’t book the apartment in this hotel. It’s not associated with the hotel services. The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. The price I paid for my 4 day was a steel. Also, beach gear was a laugh in the face. No beach chair, no wagon and the umbrella covered 1 person. I reached out to the person but never showed up with clean sheets. I had to invest in my stay detergent, sanitizing wipes, trash bags and toilet covers. Let me know forget to say, on my first stay the bottom of my feet was all black from the floors being super dirty. The only good thing of the place was the beach distance.

I arrived in the evening to find the front desk on lunch. So I waited until 8:42pm for the break to end so I could check in. I used my Expedia points for a last minute booking and only needed a place to sleep. I checked out 12 hours later. The queen size was incredibly small- good thing it was just me. Be aware that there is construction happening directly outside the hotel on S. Reeves so if you are planning on parking your car it will be extra inconvenient. The noise was loud as to be expected which could explain the incredibly low rate. The Sirtaj is the perfect place to go if you need a no fuss and very stripped down place to crash in Beverly Hills in a great location. I do think my days returning here are numbered but the convenience and low price is hard to beat. It would be helpful if they offered virtual check in for returning guests as they are such a small hotel there’s normally only one person working at the front desk at any given time. They should consider that amenity as there are so few offerings.

I f you want a certain type of room pre book it, especially if there’s no price difference. Be prepared for hidden fees not in the booking process. They charge a 50.00 per night incidental fee, which will be returned 7 to 10 business days after you check out of the property. They have replaced all the good food sections that I had grown accustomed to in the past with upscale celebrity chef food that’s really not that great and very expensive. I have walking issues and because I did early check in (50$ before 1pm and 25$ after) she wouldn’t give in to accommodate me with a room closer to the elevator. Unless I get a really good deal, I’m looking at other places to stay.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
