The room may be fine, but the neighborhood is extremely unsafe. We were travelling with children and had to get other accommodations once we saw where it was. My MIL who lives in Spokane says the locals call the area "Felony Flats," and that there have been shootings in the area recently. We saw some very interesting folks on the street as well.
