"The place was pretty clean. The room has everything necessary including hairdryer. The wall was thin and you could hear others talking outside. There was no comforter/blanket on the bed."

Kae from the Front Desk Guest Relations team and Bri from Housekeeping Team have both shown such genuine kindness and care.
