Sopchoppy Vacation Rentals

"This was a new listing with no reviews, but we booked it anyways because we needed a place where we could park two cars filled with dorm stuff. We were told it was a gated community and there was a garage we could use. The gates never closed, but thankfully both cars fit in the garage. The unit had excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water for showers. Beyond that, this property was not ready to be listed. "Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."

"After 29 years of Girl's trips, we have found the best equipped house ever. The kitchen had everything you needed, the games were plentiful, the bathroom and bedrooms were beautiful and fully supplied. The pool and beach equipment were all we needed. Lisa, property manager was super sweet. We had an awesome time! We will be back, God willing."
