"I booked this hotel spontaneously and i was satisfied. I travel frequently and i don't complain much. However, my advice is for the receptionist and housekeeping. I checked in and it went very smoothly. She did not ask for id. I gave my name and was checked in. My advice is to be more careful. Anyone can look trustworthy and be the wrong person that booked. The housekeeping needs to double check the sheets and thermostat. The sheets had brown makeup on one pillow and on the blanket. The thermostat was on low battery and it seems the hotel controls the a.c Overrall the service was good. The room was good and spacious. It had a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. I will book again. "

"Hotel was nice, clean, good breakfast. Would’ve given more stars if they didn’t cancel my suite on me when I showed up for “overbooking” and charged me at checkout for stuff I never purchased. "

"I had cigarette burns in my blankets the room and hall smells like smoke. The toilet seat was crooked. The breakfast sausage was dry and the cereal selection wasn’t all that great. It’s unfortunate there’s a pool that can’t be used. Wasn’t what I was expecting but it’s wasn’t awful I was just disappointed "

"Hotel is nice, room was clean, and staff was pleasant. Indoor pool still freezing cold 1 year later after last visit and no access to hot tub. Hot tub was still taped off as it was in March 2025. "

"Nice comfortable room and bed. Shower and bathroom were great. Lighting good and night window shades helpful. Breakfast was fair. Scrambled eggs were powdered eggs mixed with water I don’t eat pork at all. Also I’m low carb so I had oatmeal fruit and coffee. Generally. basic breakfast options. It was fine for me. Staff were really nice! "
