We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine which was very nice. They are the easiest to communicate with, very responsive and very nice and helpful. The room is very clean, spacious and in a really good location. Walking distance to La Rambla and Placa Catalunya. We would def go back and sya there again.

The room itself is basic but clean and functional. Sadly, it’s very noisy if you have a room facing the main road. I was on the 2nd floor and heard nothing but traffic, shouting from passers by and sirens all night, every night. If you ’re a light sleeper or not used to city noises, that’s not ideal. There was also a small cockroach in the bathroom was, while I appreciate they’re everywhere, wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location and the staff are all great.
