« It was cozy and nicely kept up. The bathroom and shower area was exceptional and luxurious. It's walkable to town, which we liked, but it's a bit of a hike (20-25ish mins on foot, each way). The only downside we didn't foresee was it's proximity to the main road, which made it quite noisy during all daytime hours. The host was super communicative and clearly takes good care of this space. The bedding and mattress were some of the best I've experienced in a rental! »

« We stayed three nights at this top-floor rental. It met our needs perfectly. Michael is a great Host. We were using it as a base for kayaking in the Columbia River. It's an excellent place for that. We loved the community of Cathlamet, which is just a short drive away. It's a cute town. We also took the ferry across the Columbia that leaves Puget Island every hour. We will be back again. »

« We had a wonderful time staying at this property. If you enjoy staring at the river and taking lazy afternoon naps, this is your spot. We were impressed with how very clean the property is even for a dog friendly location. We loved walking our dogs around the field across the road and exploring Puget Island. « We had a wonderful stay in Astoria. The location was excellent, so close to the river with a great view. The common space was inviting and spacious.and the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathroom could use some updating but was adequate. « I enjoyed the closeness of the place to the trolley trail for some morning walks but it was right on 11 (which the owner disclosed) but traffic hours seemed to be almost all day, wouldn’t have really been a problem but we were traveling with a baby so it made sleep a little trickier. The sunsets out the main window were great though and the drive into downtown was pretty short. »

It's located in a quiet residential area (aside from hearing the sea lions down by the river), though was still close enough to conveniently reach most of the attractions in Astoria. "Très bon séjour. Décors années 60 très chouette Propre. Literie confortable. Dommage le petit déjeuner est servi un peu tard. Mais nous l’avons pris au dinner situé à côté. Excellent. Une institution de la région ! Nous étions inquiets suite à des commentaires peu sympathiques sur Google, mais ceux-ci se sont avérés non confirmés pour nous lors de notre court séjour.
