"Good value in downtown area of Sioux Falls. The property is adjacent to the bike path and Sioux River. The hotel is clean but getting a little dated. The breakfast selections are above average. Parking is immediately adjust the property but somewhat limited if the hotel is at capacity. "

"The beds were comfortable, but no vending machines, one common microwave down the hallway by the elevator none in the room, no hottub."

"We chose to stay here for the pool and it did not disappoint. My kids (age 4 & 6) loved it. The pool was pretty full in the evening and my children enjoyed playing with the other kids. My biggest issue was the towel situation. They never had towels stocked in the pool area so you had to get them from the front desk, which is not close by and was always busy. Overall the room was average but again issues with towels we booked a room for 4 people and it only had 3 bath towels. "

"People above sounded like they had a pro wrestling match going until 10 pm. They did quit overnight, but it started again at 6:30 am. Lots of jumping up and down."

"I was worried after reading reviews, but it was fine. I stayed here for one night to go to event at Denny Sanford Center - I had considered booking elsewhere from reading reviews and glad I didn't. For the price, it was just fine. Completely walkable to the arena,also walked to Crooked Pint after event and back to hotel and felt very safe. It's not a five star hotel and I didn't expect it to be, the linens were clean and I checked for bugs, which I didn't find, so I'm quite happy with my stay...
