They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came.
They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay.
No water for drinking.
The bathroom was clogged.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff very attentive. There was ceviche with cangil and chifles! They refilled my black tea. Fresh squeezed orange juice!
The pool was heated. You could swim at night!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The décor is unique and full of character, giving the property a charm that’s different from a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
One of the best things about staying here is the convenience. It’s truly a one-stop shop—you can easily arrange tours and transportation, and there’s great food and drinks available without having to leave the property.
The highlight for us was the rooftop lounge. The nighttime views are absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax and end the day with a cocktail while taking in the city lights. We would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The reception staff is also wonderful. They provide breakfast delivered to the rooms in the mornings as well as fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. The location is also excellent as the street the hotel is on is filled with great restaurants. It’s also in close proximity to the historic center. I would highly recommend staying here.
