"Fantastic place to have stayed for 8 nights. Staff were accommodating, villa was clean? Gas fireplace warmed up the bottom level nicely, and kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. Overall, a great place to setup as a base near Queenstown, only a 10-20min walk away. Would love to stay here again when we return!"

"Location was great and loved the boutique styling of the hotel. The room was great but the bathroom was obviously for a disable person with rails, higher toilet, seat in the shower and it felt like a different room and style to the rest of the room/hotel. There was some construction going in front where you look out to the view of the lake as well."

"Room needs an upgrade especially the bathrooms. We weren't told about amenities on check in so we missed there was a gym only found it the last day on other side of the building. Views from room were incredible. Breakfast was good . Central location for walking to town and on walks."

"After 15 hours of travel to arrive after 8 pm to have the front desk tell us that the email that I sent via Expedia was not read.. about arriving around 8pm and requiring car parking … please note they have very very limited parking .., we were given a map to drive the streets to find our own parking… which at that time of night .. was virtually non existent… if you are arriving with a car ..good luck finding suitable parking"
