The unit was not the unit I thought we chose. The unit was old, in disrepair and smelled weird. The furniture was uncomfortable and the coffee maker did not work. I definitely would not bookmtheee again.

The staff is phenomenal! They are so friendly, helpful and make you feel like a part of the family when you step in the space. Rooms are clean and updated with some lovely options, especially the refillable water bottles and large robe. We will definitely be back.

When we checked in we were told this would be the only place we'd want to stay when we visit Savannah. They were correct. This is an amazing hotel. We opted for the 1 bedroom apartment and loved every minute of it. It was cozy and welcoming. Very clean and organized. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want to do in Savannah. We parked our vehicle upon check-in and didn't move the vehicle until we left. Our next Savannah trip will most definitely include The Ann!

This was my second time at the property.
The first time I stayed the staff was extremely helpful and the bathroom was clean. Loved the tile design. Three weeks later, different room. The bathroom had that brown mildew in the shower and around the plastic of the door. Gross. Maybe a different cleaning person for that room. Either way, won’t be going back.
On to try the rest of Charleston hotels. Hopefully they clean their bathrooms better.
