"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality lighting in the room. That might be unimportant to some but I appreciate quality lighting. The a/c worked well, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the tv display which was rather unclear. "

"The home is lovely, seems like new construction. It’s actually 3 bedrooms and a loft (sliding door that doesn’t close all the way). The AC also needs balanced, some of the rooms get really hot during the night. The main reason I can’t give this home a higher rating is because the beds are absolutely atrocious! The linens and bedding were terrible. The mattresses on all of the beds are so hard that I literally was unable to sleep on them. It felt like we were laying on beds of concrete. If you are going to own a short-term rental home, the #1 thing you should not cheap out on are the mattresses and bedding. If those were better, I would book this home for every football game for the next 3 years."

"Perfect house for our family to stay when we come visit Seneca. Will definitely be staying again for our future visits. Within 10 minutes of everything and if you stay on a Thursday I recommend walking down to jazz in the valley, great time. "

"Overall the cabin worked out fine.Didn't like that the kayak and canoe were not cleaned. Also, we expected a paddle boat. If the website mentioned there wasn't a paddle boat anymore we missed it. All and all we would be happy to rent again."

"The air conditioning was not working in the room. It was very cool in the common area but the room was warm. There was not enough lighting in the room or enough electrical outlets."
