« Overall a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge, no problems getting complimentary tickets from the rental company. Great landing pad after long days of adventure, great economical choice for the area. Will say the rental could be better stocked, more dish rags/towels, kitchen supplies, maybe an all purpose cleaner available so we could clean up after ourselves better. Others have mentioned the wet floor in the bedroom closet, which is still an issue, I believe it to be from a plumbing issue....

« My friend and our boys stayed here for a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken facility. It was very close to the ballpark and lots of other Pigeon Forge attractions. One thing to note, there are two “units” together, which didn’t bother us, but it might be good for a larger group to know if they wanted to stay close together. The boys enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table in the garage. We also appreciated all the little touches like laundry baskets, labeled items, etc. »

« I was under impression we'd have cabin to self at booking but accepted it wasnt after getting welcome letter. Can hear neighbors walkin across floor above us. Pull out couch not tremendously comfortable. Great location. Dont have laundry or indoor pool available. Roof was leaking water over door/ deck after a rainy day ..made trackin in water little messy. Door floormat would be helpful. Didnt use foosetable. Deck furniture not comfortable and because of water ddnt really use it. Could see...

« We booked this place for a big reason: to have a hot tub, as our grandkids love hot tubs. We got there Wednesday after dark and didn’t check the hot tub until Thursday and found the hot tub cover was off, leaves in there, and the water was dirty. Also, nails protrude from the deck where the hot tub is located. We contacted them on Thursday and got a reply back that said someone would be there in the am on Friday.
