« We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. « Pretty good stay. Excellent location to Dollywood for dropping people off. Just some small improvements could be made to the property that is no fault of owners. Waited and Hour and a half after check in time due to still cleaning. Towels were folded up still wet in bathroom bc breaker blew and dryers wasn’t working….easy fix there. Had to plunge the bathtub bc drain was clogged and backing up. Grass way too tall for comfort but not sure mowers would have had chance to mow better bc of rain....
