"The hotel is cute and the staff is nice. The building we stayed is was very dated. The bathroom is so so small with a pedestal sink and really no place to set things. Tiny shower. No robes or steamers in the rooms and they only tidy the room on request. "

"The room was spacious and staff was friendly. There was a happy hour from 5:30pm to 7:30pm with a choice of complimentary house wine (red or white) or beer which was a nice surprise. We didn't realize that made to order breakfast was included as well so that was great too! The beds were comfortable and the room had decent noise reduction/insulation from the pool area/courtyard noise, but we could hear what sounded like skateboarders in the parking lot past 10pm at night. The pull-out sofa bed was much less comfortable but that was not unexpected of sofa beds. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"I payed for the suite with a kitchen to cook since I have kids and the stove didn’t work & when I told the manager or lady in the office she said I payed for that and that’s what I got and I’m explaining to her I bought a suite with a kitchen just to be able to cook on my vacation & she said in her words ‘you guys should’ve woke up earlier for breakfast in the front ‘ and I asked to speak to someone else or a manager or higher up and she declined that and ignored me . this is also going to the city as well because how badly me and my family got treated !! And everything was video taped as well . Thankyou . There’s roaches as well & she tried charging me for another room because me and my family were on the steps closing everything up 7 minutes after our check out . "
