He was really chill about me arriving to my check in late and when accidentally locking my key in my room. Both occasions were around 1am. The room was really nice, and clean I had a microwave, a fridge and a blow drier, and a Roku tv. I’ll be staying there again.

It was the cheapest place I could find around San Luis Obispo making a last minute booking on a Friday night. I needed a place crash and it served my needs. No frills, but everything was adequate.

The rooms need some TLC with cleaning of furnace, fans and vents. The area is a little hard to exit with traffic coming and going from The freeway.

#### Not worth the price

Rundown place, terrible parking and parking lot broken concrete and uneven. Old building. Rooms super small. Broken outlets. Super small bathroom and we stayed in a “suite”. No amenities. Only plus was that it was literally next to freeway entrance.

There are roaches in the rooms, staff is extremely rude. Rooms have holes in the wall and walls are paper thin.

Think Motel 6\. It’s clean, simple, no thrill or frills. No trashcan in the room. Bring your own toiletries. I would stay there on a pinch.
