« The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us. »

« Roy and another young lady were there to check us into the two-level luxury room and very kind and helpful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC kept us cool in a heatwave. Excellent espresso maker and tea kettle. Refrigerator with real milk inside was a nice touch. Centrally located. Everything you could need easily walkable. « We had previously stayed in the house next door, plus twice more in a different house. So we’re obviously fans of the estate and facilities. 47 was perfect for us, 4 Adults and 2 x 6 year olds. Plenty of space, especially important to have enough bathrooms, as we were two families sharing. Lots of kitchen equipment, big table, comfy sofa. Lots of fun things including the pumpkin trail, swimming, soft play, playground for the kids. Highly recommend, we will definitely return again »
