Property has irregular stairs between bathroom and the sleeping room. It is VERY easy to trip on these stairs in the dark while having a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night, like I did, and there are not hand rails to slow your fall,
Suggestions
1-provide a night light to more clearly illuminate the irregular stairs.
2-add handrails, on both sides of the stairs.
3-fix the irregular stairs. This might be impossible.

"Hotel staff was okay, but sounded annoyed when a problem needed to be addressed. Lamp was loose and defective and hot tub was defective. No bubbles barely came from the jets and water was lukewarm. Food was limited for the upcharge variety was lacking. No decaf on hand. Had to keep asking every day ..."

"The staff were extremely helpful but the property is in need of repair. We had to move 2x due ac issues. The flooring around the pool is a tripping hazard like in over half the space. The main mutate golf course looks dilapidated. The pay restaurants are good and reasonable priced. ."
