I didn’t like all of it I wasn’t offered a refund the property employee was very judgemental and rude she was very hostile when it came to me calling To ask questions before my stay and made me very uncomfortable the hotel was nothing like the pictures it smelled like an ashtray of cigarettes and was dirty and had tweakers on property if your interested in a unsafe environment that is not cleanly and has staff who are more than unfriendly or welcoming then I would stay here if not I would go somewhere else. I had to get a hotel somewhere as a young woman because of how unclean and unsafe it would be for me to stay here I returned my key within the hour and the lady had no questions so this is clearly common for her and I was not offered a refund which is ridiculous I didn’t even stay here yet wasn’t given my money back

They do not have an on-site office. You have to go to another property and they don’t tell you that until you arrive. The room is very basic. Lots of rules and lots of signs and the young woman that greeted me made it feel like an interrogation asking me all kinds of questions even though I tried to engage in conversation with her. The fan was stuck on and ran on high all night and the light switch was broken. Even at 50% occupancy at $200 a night they should be able to keep a property up when collecting $3000 or $4000 per month for less than 200 ft.².
