"This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). "I didn’t mind having the ground floor room where you couldn’t see the ocean but wouldn’t stay in one again. Upstairs guests were very heavy walkers and had a child that ran back and forth in the room which was pretty noisy. Other than that I would definitely stay again just on the upper level."

"The stay was enjoyable over all. But there were issues with the room. One being the AC filters were clogged so air flow was restricted. The bar sink became unusable after the faucet came off after turning it on for the first time. There was also a full trash bag stored underneath the bar sink, and no clean liner. The pool and spa was great but the allowance of letting people swim in their underwear and a unpleasant amount of horseplay made it difficult to relax. Would love to stay again in future visits,due to location and surrounding area."
