"Clean, convenient, quiet"

"Our stay in Ruby Marie was wonderful. They have an amazing top roof bar 24 hours open where you can enjoy your drink, is very cozy and perfect for rainy or sunny days. Breakfast was delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff! Daniela was an absolute star, very helpful with everything we asked and ready to serve us everyday with a smile and very quickly, giving us few tips of what we should see in Vienna. "Friendly staff and excellent breakfast included."

"The location is probably the best and the premises and staff make the experience of staying at this hotel a very convenient and relaxing occasion. The breakfast is always well appointed with a large variety of delicious and fresh items available. The air conditioner was a true blessing in the midst of a hot unusual summer and the efficiency of the housekeeping crew is most commendable. Perfect in every way, this is probably one of the best quality-priced valuable stays in Wien, hands down."

"The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was incredible."

"The hotel was very nice, had a interior atrium all in live plants. The stuff were very quick to assist with any questions or requests"

"We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends. "

"It's a very good hotel in good location. Within 5 min you can have underground and Trum service. All staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent."

"Front desk excellent, room is spotless, staff exceptional!"

"Great location and had great experience"

"It's a nice room and mostly clean but they were stains on the carpet and the sofa that made it feel less welcoming. Everything else was perfect, The shops and Mall nearby are great and getting to the center of Vienna is extremely easy. There is also a decent running trail pretty much just across the street."
