Cosmopolitan hotel near older financial center of São Paulo. Despite Paulista Avenue is not considered the financial hub anymore (Faria Lima is the area where white collars work), the area is still of cultural interest and linked with metro and full dining options around. The hotel is gay friendly and the gym is very nice. The breakfast is also great. Full of international travellers.

O flat é bem espaçoso, estava bem limpo e organizado. Alugando o flat a gente pode utilizar estrutura do hotel, como academia e a piscina. A localização é excelente, em frente ao shopping Vila Olímpia!

Recepcionista nao prestou atencao no meu atendimento nem por um segundo, aparentememte um grupo estava chegando naquele dia e ele ficou prestando atencao no atendimento da colega o tempo todo e se metendo no atendimento dela ao inves de falar comigo e me apresentar a propriedade (horarios de funcionamento, onde estao localizados os restaurantes…) nao houve uma conversa durante 7minutos de check in e no final a unica “instrucao” dada foi de que o quarto era para nao fumantes e que eu deveria ler o keyholder para ter informacoes de horario. No frigobar haviam aguas vazias e todos os itens de dentro da geladeira estavam empoeirados e avisei isso 3 vezes e em nenhuma vez foi resolvido. O quarto estava bem limpo, roupas de cama, toalhas, tudo bem limpo e cheiroso. As camareiras fizeram um trabalho impecavel mas a recepcao tem muito a melhorar.

"Near of a superb beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the beds too small . No restaurant in the local area were open for dinner or lunch . I use Uber to the central areas several times to access the restaurants. 15 or 20 minutes taxi 🚕 distance."
