Santa Verónica Vacation Packages

We had stayed at this hotel before, we had a wonderful suite with a kitchenette. This time there was no kitchenette and no light at all in the living room, no lamp or no overhead light. We were very disappointed and I hav already booked for two weeks in December but I don’t wish to pay to stay under the same conditions. The pool is great and the staff is friendly which is why we booked again but the room, itself was bit the same quality as the last time we stayed.

The hotel was clean and spectacular, the staff was so helpful and catering such as Frank and Juan Luis at the front desk, restaurant staff Jhon made sure breakfast was a great experience. The room was clean ans the bed very comfortable but the view over looking the city was amazing!

I give 4 start just for the staff. Facility need a lot of maintenance, bathroom with mood. They increase the food and beverages prices at facility. I didn't recommend
