"Let me share my wonderful experience during my recent stay in room 416 at Elements hotel in Curacoa. The room was very nice for a small hotel, and I particularly enjoyed the upper-level view of the ocean and street activities. The sizable balcony, equipped with comfortable chairs and the Balearic day bed, was a highlight of the stay. I also wanted to specifically mention how much I enjoyed the bed; it was incredibly soft and welcoming, as were the pillows. I truly felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Furthermore, your staff has been exceptionally helpful and professional. I appreciated the abundance of bottled water made available to guests. In particular, Armando and Mia demonstrated great soft skills and are truly customer-centered. Please extend my thanks to the entire team, including the housekeeping staff, for their excellent service. Thank you for a lovely stay."

I also appreciated that the furniture is built into the wall, ensuring a clean and stable environment. I enjoyed the room so much that I decided to add an extra night to my stay. "The resort was awesome. The staff were excellent. Our room was cleaned daily. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Our issue was with other guests and the incessant smoking. The hotel should have a block of room that are non smoking even outside. Also the lack of tv stations and no conservative news coverage was disappointing. The only news stations available were MSN and CNN. Chilling in the early morning and before bed with tv is what we do. "
