The staff members were very friendly and you could tell they genuinely cared about the animals. "The property itself is very nice and beautifully designed. I booked an ocean-view room, which the view was absolutely stunning. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and overall it was a great experience. The food at the property is excellent I took advantage of the five-course dining experience on the evening before of my birthday. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a complimentary cabana on the day of my birthday, which made the celebration even more special. It was a wonderful touch and I really appreciated it. However, I did not like the fact that the room did not have an actual TV. Instead, there was only an iPad provided, which was not a feasible replacement for in-room entertainment. I do feel the property should offer more options for guests when it comes to entertainment. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and the location was great. I would also like to highlight Remi and Riahna at the front desk, who were both very helpful and welcoming during our stay. Great customer service always makes a difference. I would definitely book again."

"We had a fantastic stay. The property is in close proximity to all the action in Willemstad. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The courtyard at Rif Fort is a stone's throw away, as is the Queen Emma bridge connecting Otrobanda and Punda. Highly recommend."
