Apr. 15, 2019I was very dissatisfied about hotel's late check-out policy: to stay in our room 1hour later we had to pay $25 USA. For 2 hours it would be $42 USA. I find es not customer friendly, especially in tropical climate. We had to sit outside, in the heat .
