Our stay at Andari Hoteles was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional Lucy and Sonia were friendly, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, promptly addressing every request with genuine care. They even surprised my mom with a blue berry tart for her birthday!
The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the entire property had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff’s hospitality truly made the stay special. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!★★★★★

"We had a lovely room with view of the mountains and volcano, breakfast had a good variety and the staff was very helpful. We used the jacuzzi at sunset and it was a real treat . It must be booked in advance though so if you are only staying one night make sure to book your 1 hr slot in advance ."
