The 3rd floor bedroom doesn’t cool down and the balcony door doesn’t lock. It needs a minisplit to properly cool the space. Tankless water heater needs to be installed as it takes over 2.5 minutes for shower to heat up. Air quality needs to be addressed. The pillows and comforters were lumpy and super thin. No dressers to store your clothes while you are there. Once it is remodeled and a good interior designer is hired I think it would be a good place. Otherwise, it’s only suitable for a family of 4 or 5 and it’s priced way too high for that. ##### Vinny M.
