We left one of the squished/bloody bed bugs, along with exoskeletons, on the headboard and in the crease of headboard. I reported it to the company and they said they had 2 pest controls say “no evidence of bed bugs”. I’m not sure how that’s possible, considering we even sent them pictures and left all evidence there. ##### Lisa W. Lots of bathrooms and spaces for people to get away. Great location/easy walk to the beach. We had some issues that did take away from the experience: - At check in, one of the floors key pads ran out of battery so we couldn’t access for a while and had to have someone come out - WiFi was out for the first 2 days of our trip, which some of the group was relying on for work. - the maintenance person sent for the wifi was there most of the afternoon (both days) and on one night, stayed until 10:30pm which wasn’t comfortable. We also had to have people stay back from the beach to meet them and make sure they weren’t there alone with all our stuff, so that took away from the experience. - the carriage house was great, but had some drainage issues leaving those staying there to shower in other bathroomsThey were very quick to respond to the issues, but just was unfortunate that we had to deal with the maintenance and inconveniences on vacation.
