Vanesse gave you the southwestern feel. The buildings were adobe style, the furnishings were very appropriate for the feel and look . Artwork in the rooms were original which made this place special and not cookie cutter. breakfast was included and super fresh and presented elegantly and super yummy. service was good, the staff was friendly and the place was just a few block walking distance from old town Santa Fe. i highly recommend a stay their1

What a fabulous little hotel! Our room had its own private courtyard, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Homemade and delicious! Walkable to the plaza!

Thanks so much for staying with us, and we are sad to hear the stairs were a difficult part of your visit. Travelers to Santa Fe are surprised to learn that we are at 7,200 feet above sea level. We are a mountain town and visitors should drink plenty of water to avoid altitude sickness and be prepared for uneven walkways.

We had a short stay in Santa Fe, and wanted a quieter place close to Downtown. We checked in on a Saturday, staying one night. The entrance was a bit hard to find, but staff were warm and pleasant, and the room was spacious and gorgeous. Food was really good, and breakfast was tasty.

There was a great deal of construction surrounding the hotel and the road was closed to enter the parking lot and an alternate route was not clearly marked. The late check in was not ideal and my door code had to be changed three times so I could enter my room. Though the hotel was clean, someone’s reading glasses were left on the T.V stand and the T.V was on when I entered my room making me think maybe someone was already in my room and this was assigned to me incorrectly. I don’t think I will stay here again. I also read that the hotel had a bar and restaurant and was looking forward to food and a beverage when I arrived, only to find this closed at 8 pm upon my arrival and I was unable to have dinner that night. Lastly, there was a fee that was not clearly stated up front that I read when I received my papers for late check in stating that I owed an additional fee of $30 for a resort fee.

The City of Santa Fe is working on a pedestrian widening project at the end of the block on Guadalupe Street, unfortunately we have very little control over public street closures and signage. On behalf of the City I apologize for the inconvenience you experience navigating to the construction work. Spoke with housekeeping department regarding the eye glasses and "yes" the housekeeper set them down a moment and forgot to remove them when she left the room. Hospitality staffing has never been the same since covid and we are working on getting our restaurant service reopened, so sorry to hear you could not find an alternative. The resort fee is part of every reservation, when you book through a 3rd party it does state this fee on their website and in the confirmation email you receive. Although during your the resort fee was discounted 50% so your charge was only 16.13. Hope on a future visit to Santa Fe you can come back and have a better experience.

Great beds and pillows! Great Santa Fe style decor. Nice bathroom. We were in the room facing the street on the 1st floor so had trouble sleeping with street noise and light. There was an unidentifiable perfume-like oder we couldn’t identify which was overwhelming. Finally by morning it was nearly gone.

I had booked this site because they offered breakfast as one of the amenities. When I got there, I was told the hot water heater was broken and they could not serve food. They had "hoped" to have it fixed by April 1. I was then told they had not been open in the restaurant for "a while". I was then told there was a $30 a day resort fee and it would be reduced to about $16 a day and they charged me $64.51 for four days. The resort fee amenities included water, ice, coffee and snacks all day. The only thing I saw was a water urn and ice. One day I went in and asked for a bottle of water and was given one. The next day I went in and asked for a bottle of water, and they wanted to charge me, different person. I don't know why it takes so long to get a water heater fixed. I do not feel this is a VIP location.

Tomas we apologize for our Vanessie breakfast not being available during your recent stay with us. Our breakfast team is also disappointed as this is a feature that staff takes pride in. We do expect it to return on April 1st along with the other lobby extras. Please note that parking is also part of your resort fee, and we reduced the cost by 50% in lieu of the breakfast not being served. Bottled water is sold separately at the Front Desk, the inconsistency on the charge may have been that a team member at their discretion waived the cost since they may sensed your dissatisfaction. with some of our amenities. Again we are truly sorry we dropped the ball on this visit with us and hope that your give an an opportunity to experience our breakfast on a future stay with us.

Everything is better than I expected for this room. In the center of town at waking distance. Staff was great even called to check up on me before I got into town. As a lot of potential but now there yet. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice room #8. The air conditioning made noise. There no amenities except the restaurant that was closed to renovation. The breakfast was ok not up to 4 stars hotel. There no lobby to speak off to sit and relax by the fire. Parking was good and we got a breakfast credit at the next door bakery’Millie’ which was very good. The staff people were nice and friendly.

This is a beatiful hotel on a walking distance but not so cozy during the winter. Cold air drifting, and cold tiles and walls. Yes, there is a heater but blowing hot air is not pleasent. We paid extra for a fire place, but with the best effort we couldn’t keep the fire. Overall, we expected more.

The property is Santa Fe style and historic. It is a leisurely 12 min. walk to the downtown SF Square. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The variety of breakfast foods was great with mains rotating daily. However, the presentation of the food was not what I expected...it could have been more sophisticated, rather than 'down home.' We visited over Christmas with mornings at 20° F. Our room heater combined with the 10 ft. ceilings had a hard time keeping the large, tile-floored room comfortable...Overall, we left happy to have stayed there and seen downtown SF in detail.

As 21 Unit Boutique Inn our travelers appreciate that we do not fit the big box hotel mold. Our approach to breakfast is that of a B&B that aligns with our goals of providing our guests that home away from home feeling.
