« Le site paraissait plus grand sur les photos et ces derniers dates d'y a longtemps vu la végétation qui a poussé et les nouveaux bâtiments qui se sont construit. L'hôtel n'est plus aussi aéré et ne reflètent plus la réalité. L'hôtel garde du charme par son style bois Khmer et sa belle piscine à débordement. Le gros Point noir a été le bruit ! Tout le temps de la musique forte a des heures affolantes, du soir ou du matin (5h). Si non les enfants qui crient à la piscine à 7h du matin et personne...

Mais la chambre d'hôtel était décevante, loin des standards européens : clim capricieuse, WC qui se bouchent (ils ont été très rapide pour déboucher), sans ascenseur (le staff nous monte les valises) Point positif : ils nous ont proposé de nous reloger en nous upgradant, c'est un beau geste commercial. On a pas utilisé la piscine, un peu petite et trop proche de la rue"

"Magnifique expérience dans cet hôtel, de la prise en charge à l'aéroport avec de nombreuses attentions ( serviette rafraichissante, fruits et gourde d'eau fraiche apportés avec sourire et générosité), à l'accueil à l'hôtel, ainsi que tout au long de notre séjour qui restera inoubliable. Le guide proposé par l'hôtel était très disponible, à l'écoute et il connaissait parfaitement l'histoire des temples qu'il nous a fait partagé dans un Français parfait. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel a été aux petits soins et je tiens encore à les remercier très sincèrement. Le service de massage est un plus très appréciable ainsi que la disponibilité des TUK TUK tout au long de la journée. UN GRAND MERCI "
