"A lot of people were saying bad things about this hotel, but it turned out to be a really nice place. yes it's an older hotel, but it has everything you need, from a friendly front desk staff, to kitchen and refrigerator in each room. Good location within Fresno. Restaurants nearby. All in all my room was clean with all the amenities I needed, cable TV, a nice clean bathroom, firm bed. Carpet was a little bit dirty, but that was OK. I would return to this hotel again next time in Fresno. laundry room and vending machines also right on property. And even though it was right next to a busy road, it was pretty quiet. "
