"Rooms were clean and looked upscale. Bathroom was also clean enough but was expecting better quality from the franchise. Staff was pleasant at checkin but did have a rather sarcastic response to a question. Other than that good experience and would book again. Also great area with lots of eateries and shops within walking distance. "

"First impressions are important, and they failed. Although the staff was GREAT, there was a horrible smell throughout the hotel. The carpets n the hallways were filthy and nasty.. The garbage out front wasn't emptied the three days I was there. The showers were old, and looked like they weren't cleaned since Reagan was president. Coffee, seriously what hotel doesn't have a coffee maker in the room? I had to go to Walmart and get a Keurig to have some in the morning. No breakfast offered. If you were hungry or thirsty, they do offer a soda machine and snack machine in the lobby. I just wouldn't recommend this place unless you're in a pinch!"
