It’s a fairly new motel with a great location. I’m pretty sure that every room has a water view of some kind. The rooms are furnished comfortably. Both times we’ve stayed there we had to call a number to get checked in. A very helpful clerk is there but not readily available. Their fancy espresso machine doesn’t work. Don’t expect coffee in the morning.

We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.
