"From the second Luis picked us up at the airport we were in heaven. it truly was such a special special place. the food was amazing, the spa was a once in a life time experience with a hot tub overlooking the jungle followed by the most magical massage. We will definitely be back. All of the staff Luis and sol were so kind. Every server, everyone in the office, everyone at the spa. Just stunning. We went on a 3 mile hike to see all the wonderful waterfalls and took a swim in the pool over looking Costa Rica. We will most definitely be back. "

"This Guesthouse is a little Gem tucked away in the heart of the city but without the noise. Property was extremely clean, with all the necessities needed for a great stay. Room was perfect and breakfast was really good. The grounds were well kept and clean. Prices are very affordable. Check in was seamless with Fernando. Nothing requested was too much - All staffs were very accommodating. Breakfast included - prepared fresh and cooked to order upon arrival at the restaurant. The Owner Mr. Henderson was extremely personable and greeted all guests. We enjoyed our time there although too short. If you’re looking for affordable prices, a quiet place, superb service then this little Gem is ideal for your stay. We will definitely stay again. "This is a beautiful place. After a week of travelling around Costa Rica, this was a quiet and restful place to prepare for our trip home. The birds and butterflies were very busy in the morning, and the view is very beautiful. It is located less than one hour from the San Jose airport, and the town of San Ramon has many options for dining. The hosts were excellent, and a delicious typical Costa Rican breakfast was provided, including perfect gallo pinto. I highly recommend Casa Amanecer."

"This little boutique hotel was absolutely perfect. Not only did it have rooms that could sleep all 6 of us, they are little individual casitas. The grounds were beautiful, and was only accessible behind a gate so we felt very safe parking and walking around the property. Pool was large and clean. Didn’t get to try breakfast as we left at 5:30am but check in was super easy and the front desk gentlemen was very kind and helpful. We did have to get another towel as they only gave us 5 but that was easy enough. Would definitely stay here again, as it’s only 15 min from SJO"
