We had a fantastic experience at the Catamaran Resort. The dated rooms will need a facelift to take them to the top tier, but the people were fantastic, and the location puts you right in the middle of the best parts of Mission and Pacific Beach. My wife and I look forward to our next stay at Catamaran and partying on Pacific Beach.

One block from the ocean, convenient to get to. Food in restaurant was good. Location was good. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Rooms were clean. It is just an older hotel that's all. All in all, we were happy with our stay.

The grounds were beautiful and we have a beautiful view of the water. The room was a little dated but nothing terrible. The beds were comfortable as well.

We had a great stay! The rooms are definitely on the older side and the bathroom small but the grounds were beautiful and the location was great! The sliding door was really loud as well but all around would stay again. Great for the price.

Beach had a lot of seaweed and rocks so wasn’t as perfect as shown in pictures—- but still pretty. Definitely no swimming this time of year. Staff was excellent and helpful! Shout out Kevin at the bar he was above and beyond

Location was great. Room is getting outdated and worn and sliding glass door didn’t close all the way so rain got in. Otherwise, arcade was fun for kids.

Loved the big bathroom with 2 sinks and lots of counter and shelf space for all the toiletries that comes with a family of 5. Staff quickly replenished towels and toilet paper when needed. Loved the easy beach access and the free arcade!

Beautiful resort with great views of the bay and the beach. Walking distance to the beach, bay and shopping and restaurants. Clean hotel and the restaurants inside the hotel were great.
