A/C unit is only in the main area so you have to keep bedroom doors open at night if you want to cool the rooms (might be common for San Diego but we’re not locals). We were quite busy with family and friends while in town and did not spend much time at the home other than to sleep and prepare for the day. However, the accommodations were very comfortable, the kitchen nicely stocked with the essentials and the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The location was very quiet at night for us and the private courtyard area served as a nice retreat to enjoy the evening. Wonderful coffee, restaurants, grocery and shopping all in comfortable walking distance. A nice 20 minute walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive and eager to help. We traveled with our family (two daughters 10 and 12). PB may not have been the best choice for a family of four but that is not the fault of this VRBO. Incomplete research on the parents part ha. Having said that, the neighborhood was quiet and there was no trouble sleeping. Every neighbor we met was friendly. PB is just a party town in general compared to other areas. We took the mile walk to the beach and hit one of the many coffee and breakfast spots each day. Beach was amazing, House was very clean. Plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, other amenities. Beds were comfy. Parking was nice. Plenty of restaurants to walk to if you’re ok with a 10-15 minute walk. Overall nice spot in PB and we’ll always look back fondly on this trip and experience. Gratitude to the owners. ##### Ryan N.
